Membership Terms

The Field subscription

• The Field is a membership giving access, 30 days at a time, to the members-only Library of writings, to the community (feed, private messages, groups) and to member terms for private sessions.
• Price: $5 USD for 30 days of access, paid once through PayPal (with a PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card).
• There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged after that payment. We email you 3 days before your access ends so you can renew if you want. If you don't renew, your access simply ends — there is nothing to cancel.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days of a period already paid.

Private sessions & the store

• Private coaching sessions are booked and paid individually, separate from The Field subscription.
• Store purchases and private sessions are paid through PayPal (with a PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card). Card payment via CMI (for Moroccan bank cards): coming soon. Physical or digital goods are described accurately on each product page before purchase.

Payment methods

• Payments are currently made through PayPal: with a PayPal account or, when PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card.
• Payment by bank card (CMI, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Maroc Pay) will be processed by LANA CASH through the Moroccan interbank payment platform (CMI) as soon as it opens. It is not available yet.
• Prices are the same whatever the payment method: no additional fee is charged for using one method rather than another.

Every offer is shown in dirhams (MAD) and in dollars (USD). PayPal charges the amount in dollars, the card will charge the amount in dirhams. The site applies no exchange rate; your bank or PayPal may apply its own.

Delivery

• Delivery of store items is free everywhere in Morocco.
• Delivery time: from 24 hours to 7 business days from the confirmation of the payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Items are delivered in Morocco only.

Refunds, returns and cancellations

• The Field: no refund is made once access has been opened, except in the event of a double payment.
• Store: you may return an item within 7 days of receiving it; the return costs are borne by you.
• Private sessions: a full refund is made only if the session is cancelled by us. A postponement does not give rise to a refund, and a cancellation at your initiative is not refunded.
• Any refund is made through the same payment method as the original payment.

To make a request, write to us at contact@decodetheself.com with the email address of your account and the date of the payment.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.

Content usage

All content in the Library (writings) is for your personal use as a subscriber. Redistribution or resale of platform content is not permitted.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at contact@decodetheself.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
