Payment methods
PayPal — available. With a PayPal account or, when PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card.
Bank cards (CMI, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Maroc Pay) through LANA CASH, on the Moroccan interbank payment platform (CMI) — coming soon.
How to pay, step by step
- Choose what you want: joining The Field, a private session or an item from the store. The price is shown before you pay.
- On the payment page, choose your payment method.
- You pay in the secure window of the payment provider. We never see your card or bank details.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you receive a confirmation by email, and your access, booking or order appears in your account.
If the provider holds a payment for review, nothing is activated until it is confirmed: we tell you by email and you do not need to pay again.
No additional fee
No additional fee depending on the payment method: the price is the same for everyone.
Prices and currencies
- Every offer is shown in dirhams (MAD) and in dollars (USD). PayPal charges the amount in dollars, the card will charge the amount in dirhams. The site applies no exchange rate; your bank or PayPal may apply its own.
- The Field: 50 MAD / $5 for 30 days. The Field: 5 US dollars (USD) for 30 days of access, paid once, without automatic renewal.
- Private sessions and store items have a price in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and a price in US dollars (USD): both are shown before you pay.
- Free delivery everywhere in Morocco, within 24 hours to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Morocco only.
- When payment by bank card through LANA CASH / CMI opens, it will be made in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), at the price in dirhams shown.
Refunds
- The Field: no refund is made once access has been opened, except in the event of a double payment.
- Store: you may return an item within 7 days of receiving it; the return costs are borne by you.
- Private sessions: a full refund is made only if the session is cancelled by us. A postponement does not give rise to a refund, and a cancellation at your initiative is not refunded.
- Any refund is made through the same payment method as the original payment.
To make a request, write to us at contact@decodetheself.com with the email address of your account and the date of the payment.
Security
With PayPal, you enter your details on PayPal's secure pages: we never see or store your card or bank details. We keep a record of each transaction (amount, status, payment reference).
When payment by bank card through LANA CASH and the Moroccan interbank payment platform (CMI) is available, your card details will be entered on the secure platform of that provider: they will not pass through our servers, and we will only receive the confirmation of the payment.
